A historical manor in the center of St. John's. Close to the Rooms, dining and the harbour. Bill the proprietor is very friendly and accommodating. I only spent the night but would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful place to stay in St. John's, the room is clean and you can find so much details to look at. I especially loved how quiet it was, I had a really good night's sleep. Bill is very nice and helpful with everything you need.

The owner has collected and decorated the property with unique artifacts. It is like staying at a museum. Very well maintained. Bill, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. The bathroom is shared. It was never a problem but worth knowing before booking. I would highly recommend it.

The entire house is fascinating, so many antiques and collectibles all over. We were treated very well during our 4 day stay. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and significant historical sites.

Immaculately conceived and immaculately kept home that truly had every I needed and more - The location is blocks away from all four historic church museums and blocks away from the eclectic streets and culture of the most colourful city in the world - Thanks to our host Bill for his attention to detail and kind demeanour- God has certainly blessed his home and my experience here in St John’s; and the rest of Newfoundland I saw as well - Thank you - Until next time - Randall

This is the most unique place I have stayed. What a beautiful old house, full of history. Bill was a welcoming host, there wad everything needed for a continental breakfast and tea and coffee at any time. The location in downtown St. John's was perfect for hiking to Signal Hill and around the Batteries. There are many close by places to eat. The bed was very comfortable.

Such a beautiful place and within walking distance to everything you need. Bill was a very kind and helpful host. What a treasure chest of antiques and collectibles. A person could spend hours looking through this charming home. I would highly recommend Bill’s place for your trip to St. John’s.

Very friendly host, good communication. Room large with very comfortable mattress . Parking included with cash deposit. Breakfast is self serve and basic, which was perfect for my needs.
