Everything was amazing at the resort. 1000/10 to the staff, very polite and did not hesitate to help with anything. Amenities were accessible to guest before check in if you get there early, same for checkout. Resort did not disappoint and I had an amazing stay.

The staff to me personally were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The resort overall was clean. The pool was AWESOME! WARM POOL! Especially the swim up bar pool. The drinks were delicious. The beach was beautiful, calm and soothing. They have spa pool inside and outside the resort. Those of you who have mobility issues such as myself you are in luck. They have a Trolley service that picks you up and drop you off anywhere on the facility. The food was excellent at the Caribbean restaurant and Hunter's restaurant. The buffet was okay. The food runs out fast but it was alright. Scores was also good! Entertainment was excellent as well. The view is so BEAUTIFUL! It's not far from the airport. I will be back..

Property need repainting, regrouting of tiles, repairing for missing tiles, removal of black mold from leaking ceiling and pool tile areas, cracked tiles in bathroom rooms with private pools need repainting, retiling and regrouting.i would not opt to pay extra to stay in these rooms. Eoll opt for thr roms I'm stayed in.overall B rating experience . STAfF PHENOMINAL, SERVICE PHENOMENONAL, excursions were great,...the areas of improvement are pools ( cracked /missing tiles), regrouting needed moderately, black mold viewable from areas along pool base where tiles need regrout or replacement. Number areas in ceiling where leaks occurred had veiwable black mold, as well cracked missing tiles. Paint spillage in some base areas

Solo travelers 8/10 experience . Had a great stay at the resort .I felt VERY safe the entire time on the resort . Pros: rooms were very cleaned and spacious , coffee shop with a variety of options to choose from , right on the beach , the secluded vibes and all staff members were very friends . The restaurant: Hunter and Caribbean as Amazing( the Italian restaurant was completed booked out which was fine ). Life guard was on site which to me provided additional security as a person who could not swim- big ups to EJ ;) Cons: breakfast buffet can be improved . I was very disappointed in the options offered. Lunch options made up for this nevertheless. There were a total of 3 reserved restaurants on file , you could only book one online due to the system being down- there was a person taking reservation and she was very accessible to the resort. Recommend to try and book ( recommend booking restaurant to have a great dinner with family friends). Will definitely be back.

We had a great time! I am looking forward to returning with a group of friends. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was tasty. The entertainment made me smile. The only critique I have was for my room. I had a swim-out room and there were a few tile missing from the swim-out which made taking photos a challenge because the missing tile ruined the aesthetic.

This resort is very beautiful and our Butler Coco was super accommodating and made sure that we had a comfortable and pleasurable experience. The AC was not working well. Maintenance fixed it but it kept going out. The swim out pool outside our room was in need of repair and there was one evening when people in the rooms above were throwing drinks off their balcony and it landed on us. The food was not the best but there were quite a few options. We loved the Caribbean seafood restaurant the best. Overall we had an enjoyable time and the resort was well maintained with tons of space at the pool and beach.
