Staff are friendly and helpful, and what I loved the most is that they have a huge, home-like area near the lobby with sofas, which came in handy when my son decided to wake up really early and we needed a space for us to be while the rest of the family kept sleeping. Free coffee and tea downstairs too, which again helps us tired parents. "
