"Stayed here when moving my daughter from JWU. The hotel and room were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Very dirty room Smelled horrible Stains on the carpet, towels and sheets Furniture looked like it was picked up at the landfill, falling apart and ripped material Out of 5 windows, 2 didn't open at all, painted shut. And the other 3 opened but there were holes in the screen. And 1 window wouldn't even stay open. Bare walls No extra blanket, usually you would find an extra one in the closet. 1 very small garbage. Small fridge that also smelled bad. Property needed attention badly. Trash and...

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."
