"If you are looking for something different, it's a perfect place. The hotel actually floats on the river, and you can (very rarely) feel the waves rocking it a tiny bit. The ceiling upstairs is quite low, but it's obvious from the pictures. It's within 20-30 min walk from the town centre and 5 min walk from the congress centre - perfect if you are in Krakow for a congress."

"Really lovely hotel, really clean, absolutely spotless infact, bed was actually really comfy, breakfast was lovely, only downfall really was there was no other food options and no bar, you could order shorts to your room but it would have been a lovely touch to be able to go for a drink in the restaurant in the afternoon or at night and there was no option for this. All staff were friendly and spoke very good English, would highly recommend, would actually give 4.5 stars if able to"

"Good location, clean room, easy check in process. Nice and quiet away from the busy old town square but short enough walk. Would recommend if looking for somewhere simple and cheap for a few nights away! "

"Menu colazione incredibile, con disponibilità di prodotti senza glutine. Struttura e camera pulite. Posizione buona per visitare a piedi Kazimierz, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia, comunque ben servita dai tram a 5 minuti dall'hotel. Parcheggio secondo me caro. Zona Spa molto pulita bella vista su Cracovia, forse pochi lettini. In ogni caso consiglio la struttura."

"Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow. "

"The rook was exceptional and the staff were very kind! Upon check in i was given a map and a few recommendations for food nearby which was a huge help. The breakfast also had a wide selection to choose from and was delicious! The only complaint i have is loud neighboring rooms. The walls are pretty thin but every morning i could hear doors slamming and loud voices from the hallway. It wasn't a huge bother since i was already awake but its something to beware of"
