"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Montreal. It’s walkable (although a bit long) from the train station, and very close to the port - we were getting onto a cruise ship. We could see our ship from the room! Staff was helpful and very friendly, rooms were quirky and retro and very clean. Breakfast was more than enough for us, and delivered daily, directly to our room. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy access to the waterfront and the Old Port. Would definitely stay here again."

"So the coffee is unlimited, even in the middle of the night if you really want. We deeply enjoyed that little luxury and the room itself was lovely. The street/area is quite lively and busy with quite resonant bass music throughout the weekend late night and beyond. If you are a lively person and enjoy that thing then great. If not, you might ask for a room off the street or find a quieter area. Overall we loved it, and would happily stay again."

"I was there for business and I was unable to use my cell phone. The connection was very bad. The included WI-FI is very slow and it was practically impossible for me to work on my laptop or to use my phone, so I will have to choose another hotel for my next business trip."

"The Lofts are located in a separate building from the main hotel and the unit we stayed in was a walk-up. So be prepared for stairs! The loft was fantastic and offered great street views of Old Montreal. The Loft was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. We were only 59 steps (down) to the street and it was so great to have all that access to Old Montreal. Highly recommended! Hotel and Valet staff were highly helpful and responsive too. "Spacious room and bathroom, right in the heart of Old Montreal. There is no front desk, so communication is all through Expedia/texting, which can be hard if you don’t have cell service or if you’re traveling with elderly travelers. Overall, any issues we had were worked out pretty quickly and housekeeping staff was lovely.
