"Rooms clean and tidy. Staff fantastic. They were helpful and friendly. Can’t comment on food as didn’t have any."

"Deadbolt to leave the room jammed and I could not exit. Attempted to call front desk and realized there was no phone in room. Finally made it out and all hotel did was move my room, no offer of an upgrade of compensation. Checked out a day early and they still charged the full stay. "
