Prime location!.. Eastbourne Pier to one side and a walk up to Beachy head the other side. Sea view with very clean modern rooms. Delicious freshly cooked food and friendly staff.

The view of the English Channel from the room is gorgeous! Absolutely stunning locale. Easily walkable to so many things in Eastbourne. Room service was fast and delicious. Restaurant food good. I wish I could have stayed here more than one night. Will try to return!

Seen this hoteltimes on my short visit from hastings thinking i would like to have a room here and glad i did not a sea view room but nice a clean had the sunday morning breakfast which was excellent one of the best i have had will stop here again without a doubt
