"The room and the bath room , and tha Hotel is very clean and tidy.👍 The bed is comfortable. The furnishings and furniture are in perfect condition. 👍 All electronic devices work. "We were welcomed warmly to the hotel.Our room was huge and looked directly onto the beach. There was a choice of bath and shower or level access shower. All the staff we met were friendly and the reception area has been refurbished since our last stay with a new breakfast room and bar. The room was clean with good heavy curtains. "

"We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs. No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property. It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid. Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....

"Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these."

"We stayed two nights at the Osbourne aparthotel Eastbourne Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay. The first floor apartment itself with its high ceilings was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem what so ever, just what we wanted. The bed was super comfy and the shower room excellent, again everything...
