Great location on a quiet side street with plenty of free parking. Walking distance to shops and town. We recommend Nelson’s Coffee shop near the station. The room was spotless. Comfy bed, washing machine. Had everything we needed for a family stay.

We had a lovely stay in this one-bedroom apartment. It was reasonably priced, with great high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped with an oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine, pots, pans and all the utensils we needed, which made the stay very convenient. The only downside was that some of the walls appeared to have damp, with peeling paint in places, so I’ve taken one star off for this. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Lovely aparthotel, very clean in a perfect location just about 12-15 mins to town and even closer to the beach, staff members were very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a lovely and relaxed stay after our long walk through to Birling Cap and Beachy Head.

Excellent stay in great location. Short walk to bars, restaurants and metro. Staff all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with added bonus to be able to eat outside. Room clean but compact. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment and they accommodated my request for a ground floor one to save my arthritic ankle. Air con worked. My friend stayed in the Lansdowne in the same week and couldn't sleep because she was too hot.

Easy check in and shown to our room. We had 2 double beds separated by a wall for 3 family members. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were on the ground floor at the end of the corridor and didn’t hear any noise for the 3 nights we were there, except at 6am on our last morning, when we could hear the washing machine from another apartment. Well equipped kitchen area, had everything we needed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely staff again.

Wonderfull stay at Osborne Hotel and Appartements. We stayed a full month and we had all the help and services needed. The hosts are lovely and the room was very clean. If we return to Eastbourne, we will stay there again!

Stayed here a couple of times at The osbourne apartments and have had a brilliant time with my 2 1/2 yr girl. The owners took really great care of us and we upgraded on the last strip to a larger room which was just perfect! Will stay again

From check in to check out the reception staff went over and beyond with fantastic customer service and hospitality. We stayed in a superior suite on ground floor with our pug. There was a cute little welcome pack for our dog with some treats, a toy etc which was a lovely surprise. Tea,coffe and biscuit packs were also complimentary which was really handy. The suite was equipped with EVERYTHING and more and was clean, spacious and had a fantastic shower and modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything plus a washing machine. Location was perfect and we found free off road parking in a nearby road. Osborne apartments was close to the beach, shops and restaurants/pubs. We will definitely return to this place next time we go to Eastbourne.
