"Very comfortable bed, good mattress. Staff were helpful in reception for advise on bus connections. Very good selection for breakfast. Two negatives Main entrance has steps, no ramp for wheelchair access or walkers. Toilets in main bar area and lounge are down two flights of stairs."

"Nice building, I would have preferred a sea view but the view out the back is decent. There is a draft when the window is opened that is quite loud under the door. The staff were eager to help where possible"

"I was rather nervous about the hotel not having a reception but the code arrived a morning of our visit. Entry to Hotel and our room was very easy and the following day, we left luggage in appropriate locker, again using the same code. A perfect visit to Brighton"
