It was close to where I needed to be. The lights didn’t all work, the room stank, a smell that that was later identified as weed, there was a used condom under the bed, there was a roach on the drawer we found when checking out, we were approached by a man when checking in being offered to purchase drugs, they were selling from inside the hotel because they proped the door open to be able to get in and out without a card key.

Yikes! Accessible?

I admit that for the price, we weren't expecting much. But heck! It was worse than expected. We had an accessible room. The tub had the appropriate grab bars, but they were as slick as the tub floor. When you finally coaxed water out of the shower, the water pressure was pretty low. The tub was so much higher than the floor, it made stepping in and out a risk. The room was good enough, but of the two lamps in the rom, only one could be plugged in, and its outlet went off when the entryway switch was flipped, so your lights were less than optimal. It wasn't all bad. The desk clerk was cordial and helpful. Nice artwork. Convenient location. If you need an accessible room, like me, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

The trash cans outside of the hotel were overflowing with trash. The man at the service desk was outside talking on the phone and even while checking us in, he stayed on the phone and didn’t interact with us much. The hotel smelled heavily of smoke and looked very unkept. The stairs, the doors, the carpets and the walls looked very dirty and old. The hallway was dark and the doors in the middle of the hallway were very creepy. When we got into our room, the lights and the were on. The toilet looked disgusting, the toilet brush was just thrown under the sink, the beds didn’t look properly/nearly made, the pillows had just been thrown at the top of the bed and there was a cigarette in the ashtray. It literally looked like someone had JUST left the room. The carpet and even the sheets were all stained and dirty. It was by far the WORST hotel and room I’ve ever seen.y family and I would not have stayed there, even it was free. We were very tired that night and still opted to NOT stay at that hotel. We asked for a refund, which km still waiting on. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here.

glad I was only staying 2 nights

I booked an accessible room which upon check in I was assigned to a totally different room in the middle of the motel. I was told the next day I would be moved to a room to accommodate my boyfriend who is in a wheelchair. (I never was and didn't bother mentioning it because I did not want to move all our stuff) Luckily he is very independent but I was never moved to a room the pillows were small and when I asked for more they did not have any. You get what you pay for. IF I was by myself at the time and just needed a place to stay night for cheap this would be it. The place needs a big update and there are somethings I can look over but this place needs improvement in many areas.

Entire facility was the dirtiest hotel I ever been in. Room was disgusting. Staff was friendly. We left after a half hour of being there. Lost my $60 but we could not stay in that filth.

We had to change rooms because the first one wasn't clean and smelled like smoke. Second room was much better, but the tv didn't work. Both rooms need updated/repaired furniture and light fixtures Carpet floors and bedding all need replacing.

Horrible experience ever! Nothing in the rooms were cleaned at all! Told and showed the staff and they showed us two other rooms to switch too and was exactly the way! The staff told us that there was nothing they could do except to have us switch rooms. At which point I asked them what's the point of switching rooms when the rooms are just as disgusting as the one we're in? The staff even agreed. Needless to say no refund, only a 30% off our next visit. Hotels.com gave us $50 off our next visit, but still in my opinion not good enough! We walked into crumbs in what looked to be a made up bed, food left in mini fridge, pee on bathroom floor behind trash can and dried on toilet seat, floors were sticky throughout, trash and safety pins around beds, toilet didn't flush, sheets were not cleaned, burnt holes in the top sheets, bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, bed skirts had milk spots on them, trash was still left in bathroom, sink hadn't been cleaned either, there was syrup on the floor by the mini fridge, and there was some sort of sauce on one of the walls. If we had had the money we would've gone to another hotel and if it wasn't so cold that night would've even slept in the car! Instead had no other option but to sleep in our clothes on top of the covers. We felt and still feel that a refund would be more than fair!

Was absolutely the dirtiest hotel I've walked into. The room had a smell that was just unbearable, (maybe thats why the window was open) the mattress looked as if the center was removed and once my shoe stuck to the floor I knew it was time to go somewhere else, asked for a refund and left.
