"Great location. Good enough hotel for the money. Staff was very sped up and could come off as rude. Hair all over the bed. Drawers were disgusting, crumbs and leftover food in there. It was a concert weekend so maybe it was due to overcapacity but I wouldn’t stay here again."

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
"No hot tub, clunky building, staff was not friendly, and many things were broken in the room (curtain, light, and mini fridge). Overall definitely do not think it is a 3 star hotel. The only plus was their hot breakfast in the morning."

"Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and had so many options. The evening Kickback included free drinks and food options like hot dogs, pull pork, chili, potatoes, and buns.
