"I personally did not go in the pool or pool area, however I'm the view from my room was absolutely stunning. The lights and outdoor bar area made in you feel as if your were staying at a exclusive resort. "

"We had a really lovely stay overall. The property is beautiful and very clean, and we appreciated that most of the in-room amenities were complimentary. Our room had a great view of both the ocean and the pool, which made the experience even more relaxing. We would have liked to use the spa services but they were quite expensive for an already expensive nightly rate. Unfortunately, we did run into an issue with the smoke detector in our room. After a hot shower around 11 PM, it started going off. We called the front desk and were told someone would arrive in about 10 minutes, but it took closer to 30 minutes. The staff member who came wasn’t able to fix the problem and said they would return with replacement batteries, but no one came back. As a result, we didn’t get to sleep until around 1 AM. The alarm went off again multiple times around 11 AM the next morning. We ultimately had to rearrange furniture to reach the detector and silence it ourselves each time with risk of self-injury because the detector was very high up. The staff was apologetic, offered us a late checkout, and said they would refund the hotel fees for the inconvenience (though we have not yet received that refund two weeks later). Aside from this issue, the property itself was excellent. I would recommend confirming that room maintenance issues are fully resolved if something comes up during your stay. With better follow-through on service requests, this would have been a perfect visit."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was very clean and had a great partial ocean view. The resort is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was that after dark, bats were flying around our balcony, and in the morning there were bat droppings present. We reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly. Housekeeping came to clean and disinfect the balcony, and the staff sincerely apologized and offered to move us. Since the balcony was cleaned thoroughly, we were comfortable staying in our unit. We did notice a hole in the corner of the roof near our balcony that may be where they’re nesting. Housekeeping said they would report it. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would consider staying again."
