"Rooms are só dirty carpet very dirty and lamp shades look like storm had pass by i am really disapointed no ice Maxine was not working i reply to complain they did not say anyting staff was nice other than that no 0 points to it pilow dirty i got in 2 am from my party and just not well keep property widoys full Milldue "

"First, there was no microwave in the room. My husband had to go to office to heat up water for our morning coffee. I found out on check-out that we could have requested a microwave??? Not sure why the guy who let my husband heat up water at 5:30 am didn't tell him that??? The pool was phenomenal. I got in there three times (it was very rainy early part of the week). Beautiful pool. Breakfasts were fine. Nothing fancy. Only got my bed made once in 6 nights. Thought that was weird."

"The staff was so nice. Everything was amazing. They surprised my daughter with an amazing birthday gift! The only issue is the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be but they did resolve that quickly!"

"The hotel suite was updated, beautiful and fully stocked including coffee maker. It was quiet, clean and very well designed with great storage. The bathroom was spa-like and also updated. Pool was heated but too cold. That was my only complaint"
