"I have stayed at this property multiple times. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had so far. There were dead bugs in the bathroom of our room. That’s not such a big deal. The first night, there was a family across the hall with children running around in and out of their room. The child screamed and yelled for almost four hours. The next night there was a terrible odor in the hallways. It smelled like sewer or a broken toilet. It was a terrible smell. Also, no one checked on the room during the entire visit. There was no trash removal and only a small trash can. The kitchenette was missing essential items such as cutlery and bowls. I know we are charged a $50 deposit at check in, so I hope the staff were aware that the room was not fully stocked. Finally, they were renovating a room across the hall. I get that renovation is essential to the upkeep of the property, but it really made the stay uncomfortable with people coming and going at all hours, from early in the morning until after 6:00."
