"Upon arriving at the property we were quickly greeted by the bell hop who doubled as the valet. He was very polite & accommodating as my wife is currently in a wheelchair and he made sure she was able to safely enter the hotel. The front desk was extremely courteous, as well. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. "We loved everything about our stay at Charleston Place the only problem we had was we got caught in a rainstorm and we were headed back to our room and half way down the hotels lobby my wife slipped and fell very awkwardly.She said she was fine but the next day she could hardly walk"
