The environmental aspect and pride employees who represent of Park Places show is apparent and helps guests acclimate and enjoy Amsterdam, Vondelpark area in particular. You can walk to hub communities, pick up a bike from the hotel and ride the park, and pick up the #2 Tram to the canals easily from the hotel."

"This property is a lovely boutique hotel situated in a quiet neighbourhood relatively close to many of the attractions Amsterdam has to offer. There is some shopping and dining close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely garden unfortunately you are not allowed to use it unless you patronize the bar or restaurant. Our room was very clean however I must say it is the smallest hotel room we have ever seen. If this doesn't matter to you it is a very nice property."

"Staff was super friendly and very helpful. After flying for 23 hours from Sydney, we had a lovely surprise by checking in slightly earlier which was very needed. Also, location is perfect for those who want to be near everything but with a bit of distance from the business. Metro station is meters away and you can get quite fast to and from the city centre."

"We stayed in a Deluxe Room the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium for 5 nights, and we were disappointed. They put us on a floor that was undergoing renovations (our hallway was covered in painting tape and had unfinished light fixtures), and our room had non-functional ventilation and sparse seemingly unfinished decoration. Our room also had no view (despite advertising a city view) and the bathroom was smaller than advertised. We raised all of this after one night, and mid-way through our stay...

"Very small suite - typical for older European properties. No drawers, a few shelves. Hanging bar w/hangars vs a closet. 2 small, low chairs in sitting area - we're tall people. Does have a fridge. Bathroom extravagant in comparison w/ separate shower & soaking tub. Comfy bed & good breakfast. Nice view of canal. Sea bass was excellent."
