Cari Hotel Kapsul di St. Niklaus

"It was very hard to find the hotel. We have had o asked for help from random people on the street. Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. To where it made hard to sleep/rest. But the breakfast was pretty good and cleaness of the place was good as well.."

"Clean room great location to rail station."

"Wonderful place!"

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt! We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made...

"absolutely gorgeous and friendly. The details and decor are beautiful! Wood carved ceilings and walls The spa made our trip after a full day of hiking . The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast as well."

"El Spa, las vistas, el restaurante, la habitación y ubicación del hotel. El personal excelente"

"Absolutely perfect. Top quality appliances, beautiful staff, a perfect room - we couldn’t ask for more. 100%!"

"The staff was extremely helpful. We had a late check in due to the German trains being delayed. The staff upgraded our room and made us feel welcomed. The room was lovely and well appointed. The view was gorgeous! The breakfast had many options and was delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here the Matterhorn is visible of course. Met the 5 stars that they hold."

"Staff were lovely. Great European breakfasts. Good location. But as it was in a heatwave we had the family room and the loft area for 2 more guests was extremely hot"

"Alles wunderbar. Danke!"

"Great location, right across from the train only a minute walk. There are lifts for your luggage. The breakfast was good. I made the reservation same day as I was going and there were no issues. I’ll stay here again for sure!"

"駅からもそんなに遠くなく、ホテルの下にはスーパー、ちょっと歩けばcoopがある。立地は良い。ホテルも四つ星だけあって、部屋も広いし、ジャグジーなどもある。ちょうど空きがあったのかマッターホルンビューにアップグレードしていただけた。 部屋も広いし、ベランダからマッターホルンも眺められるし、良いホテル。 ただ、ツェルマットは工事が多く、マッターホルンはクレーン越しです.."

"Near train. Very walkable. "
