"Property security is good and the food across all the restaurants was decent. If you go, the 99 Hops House has great deals on drinks. Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling. Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room...

"My room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful. There was an odor that I noticed when I got off the elevator on my floor & that persisted in my room. It became less noticeable during the stay, but remained nevertheless. I sprayed Febreeze in my room & that seemed to help some. It seemed like some event that took a while to clear out, but I have no notion of what it was. It may be fine by now."

"To close to the interstate and it was very loud with traffic all night very hard to sleep "

"Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. Check in was quick. Biggest issue was some staff were short and borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I got over it."

"No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good."

"Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again."

"It was more quiet than I expected. It's not a huge property, but was easy to find and close to the three locatins I had to get to."

"Meh. Fine for a one-night pit stop. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Standard breakfast bar. The room had a musty smell, felt humid, and was a bit dated. It also didn't feel as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, it's an okay value if you just need a place to sleep for the night."

"The staff is great. Everyone I encountered was friendly...quiet, but friendly. Great value. Room was clean. Get what you pay for and nothing else for sure."

"The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity. The bathroom in the room with the king size bed sounded like a freight train, the walls were badly in need of...
