"Loved the hotel other than the musty carpet smell from being so old. It is downtown, so plan to be awake till 3 am at least due to the noise. Sketchy homeless people everywhere that poop 💩 in the middle of sidewalk, but city is good to clean streets often and look really nice. Location is perfect! Garage is close, but has several entrances so if you park in wrong place you get charged over rated price. Parking fees are insane. I love Tennessee."

"The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. "Great place! Stayed because of a concert at PETCO. Did have a cleaning just walk into my room at 0800 without knocking. She said it was because I didn’t have a “DND” on the handle. I was kinda angry. Otherwise, no issues."

"The property is under major renovation. There was construction going on all night. The gym was also not available for use. In my opinion, they should close hotel during these extensive renovations. Not fair for travelers to have to live through their construction."
