"I went there to enjoy a beautiful day at the pool, chill and relax. But the pool, although it looked fine, was closed. We had to lay out on the beach which had brown dirty water. We wanted to swim and chill in the pool! Also I thought that breakfast was to be included, that may have my misunderstanding. ..."

RumFish Beach at TradeWinds
"Waited after check in time to check in. Debbie stated 4pm is just a recommended time but not a guaranteed time to receive the key. Several elevators were broken, and room was extremely dirty. I was told the room was upgraded how've it was dirty. Hair still in the tub."
