It started off rocky because the rooms weren't ready at check-in (a few ppl were waiting a while). Front desk staff weren't proactive in reassuring those of us waiting in the lobby until there were some complaints. I have to give praise to the bartender (I wish I remembered her name) she came over to offer drinks on the house at the bar while we wait. By the time I was finally able to check in, they'd given drink vouchers, complimentary water, pizza, and cookies. I commend the staff for doing that to make up for the wait.
Outside of the check-in issues, everything was great! The bars, food, pool, proximity to restaurants & the beach.. 5 stars. I loved it & would absolutely come back.
