Everything was fine and very clean. The only thing I do not like is the housekeeper trying to come in before check out time. I was actually about to extend for a day or two but that rubbed me the wrong way. I also did not like the receptionist telling customers that the holding fee will fall off in the morning, 24 hours or when you check out because that’s not true and very misleading. I don’t use hotels very often unless it’s needed but I know because I work in these industries that the fee would not come right back. In fact my actual fees for the room have been completed and yet that holding fee is still sitting on my account days later. Im assuming these fees are because past customers have not treated the property correctly which is fine. I just wish it was near the price or made more clear and not seem like a hidden fee in small print way at the bottom. Or just not made aware at all before reserving. You can’t cancel on those apps so information like this is very pertinent to making a decision. And we should not be told it will fall off in 24hours or when we check out. It’s now 2 days later and holding fee is still pending on my card. But overall I would still recommend to anyone it was a great place. And I would still stay again I just now know to have that extra money accounted for in my price. Just make sure you have an extra 50-$100 on top of room.
