The lady in the breakfast bar yielded at us across the room because we entered 2 min before the closing time ! Very embarrassed I just turned around and left ! The shuttle driver was very nice

Pictures were VERY deceiving to what the property actually looked like. The building was damp and dark, the shower only ran cold water, the surrounding area felt unsafe to walk around, etc.
