Очень понравилось, необычно пройтись в халате от отеля до аквапарка в халате. Из минусов не было 2-х спального большого одеяла, были грязные кружки и стаканы, за окном от сильного ветра повредился забор внизу и он очень громыхал что мешало спать, но это вопрос к торговому комплексу, а не к отелю

Отель расположен в торговом центре. Очень чистые и комфортные номера, где есть все необходимое. Близость к заливу и пляжу очень ценный бонус, особенно в хорошую погоду. Вместе с этим, есть и минусы: отель тяжело найти, требуются более четкие указания от персонала. Персонал не вежлив, не дружелюбен. Отсутствуют элементарные представления о гостеприимстве (здороваться с гостями не считают нужным). Ужасный завтрак в ресторане Папаша Клаус

Loistava sijainti stadionin vieressä
Tapahtumiin stadionilla ei ole parempaa paikkaa kuin tämä, vartin kävelymatkan päässä portit. Hienot maisemat Nevan suunnalla muutenkin ja samassa kompleksissa ostoskeskuksen kanssa, josta löytyy mm. vesipuisto, johon on tosin pitkät jonot aina. Hotellin huoneet kesällä ehkä turhankin valoisia, mutta ikkunallisten huoneiden merinäköala toki upea. Aamupala alakerran ravintolassa, joka ei hirveän häävi ollut, mikä on Venäjän hotelleissa melkein aina tilanne. Ystävällinen palvelu ja avulias henkilökunta vastaanotossa.
