"We were there 2 nights. The negative: The bathtub was not very clean. We had to go to the front desk to get towels because the cleaner did not come to our room. We did not have a remote for one of the tv’s. There was no soap for the bath. Other than that our stay was very nice. We did not get to use the pool. The room was very nice. Loved having a full kitchen. Room was clean. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk lady was very nice. We stayed in June and we will stay again. "

"I couldn't be happier with my experience! My husband and I travel frequently, and I would say this place has one of the best services we’ve encountered. I was truly impressed by every member of the staff, including those from the golf course. The attention to detail in our room was also remarkable. After this wonderful stay, I moved on to the Don Cesar because of all the hype about it being a waterfront resort,but there’s truly no comparison when it comes to the level of service we received...

"El hotel esta muy bien hubicado todo esta cerca, las installations del hotel esta en buen estado las habitationes comodas y limpias, el servicio de limpieza de la habitacion excelente, el area de la piscina está bien pero le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento en las rejas los baños y los borders de la piscina para estar en perfecto estado "
