"The hotel is well maintained and accessible. -Poor customer service -Poor staff helpfulness -additional USD 12.95 internet fees per room per day -Swimming pool closed and it is not mentioned while booking, and this was a major criteria as I have kids. Overall very poor experience in service and hospitality."

"This is a good spot / hotel for value and a cute Asian community minutes to the 7 train which takes you direct to Manhattan or Wilett Point for USTA - US Open or Mets baseball - also a 15 minute walk to either of those. The bones of the hotel were low budget… that said, it is clean and convenient and they put out a very good basic breakfast which would cost $15 - $20 at Denny’s. "This place was much cleaner when it first opened. Now the rooms are in need of mor attention. Sheets had holes in them towels was very dingy a white towel looked beige, had hair on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Chair in the room stained. This place can definitely use some TLC."

"Parking was not adequate for number of guest rooms. Back entrance from small parking lot does not work. You must walk around the building to the main entrance. Air conditioning unit points directly at the bed and cannot be diverted. Adequate but pricey."

"The hotel provides breakfast, which is amazing cause some places in NY don't open early, plus you have to drive and look for parking. This really helped us with our stay. There is a parking lot across the street for $26 a night but if you willing, you can find street parking. We were lucky to find some. I think it'll be amazing if they do some type of parking vouchers."

"The hotel and staff were fine but my room not so much. The fridge in the room was off and I had to trouble shoot how to get it plugged back into the wall behind the cabinet. The was not working when I checked and had issues my whole stay. It would work for brief period and the compressor would stop and only the fan function would work.
