"Loved the heated pool. Staff at hotel and restaurant were top notch. Food at Echo was delicious. The walk to beach was a little odd, not direct, but I suppose you can't help the dunes/tidal pools. The rooms are nice. However they did not have coffee pots. Staff said it was because of remodeling which seems silly. It was too inconvenient to get to lobby where it was available for sale."

"When I say the staff is poor I am referring to the Manager Nancy who is unprofessional and misled us by falsifying information. During our stay, our room was dirty upon arriving, floor dusty, bugs & spider webs in corners, 2 towels for 4 people, no blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. They were provided upon request. Now, the noise is unreal. You can hear everything outside, every conversation, every foot step, & bag rolling by. They had college kids staying that were up all night of our stay...

"I got to my first room and the musty smell was unbearable. I went down to the front desk and the desk manager was very understanding and gave us a new room. The second room smelt a lot better but there was obvious water damage on the ceiling from the bathroom above.
It was not fixed. Drywall was bubbling, paint peeling and very moldy. Wouldn’t have stayed but travelled all day and was too tired to go back to the desk"
