Top St. Thomas and St. John Hotel Reviews

Bunker Hill Hotel
8/10 Good
"It's an old historic building with a lot of charm. We were upgraded to the 3rd floor. There are no elevators so it was a workout! The property is old. Our bathroom door had a crack by the knob, fixtures and decorations are dated. Staff was very helpful. We had a great deck to sit on. The free breakfast was outstanding and the adjacent restaurant was amazing. The pool was small but we had it to ourselves just enough to cool off. Short walk to shops. If you want quaint and local this is a cute place."

Buoy Haus Beach Resort St. Thomas, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful spa hotel right on the beach. Rooms excellent and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious, clean and beyond what we expected. AC worked perfect. Oceanview room with balcony overlooking the beach made for magical and romantic nights and days. Would definitely stay again!!!"

The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Stayed for our honeymoon. The property was beautifully positioned on the water with views of the WICO port. The pools were clean and offered sun and shade options. Beach access (at nearby Bouy Haus) was less than ideal, you can visit the beach but there were no amenities for Westin guests (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). We wished there were more private places to just sit and relax, there were two chairs overlooking the beach which we loved but so did other guests. Food options were obviously limited and expensive. Which we knew before we went. We were glad we had a car to venture out, but did have $40/day fees for valet only parking. We did experience low tire pressure on our rental and Valet attendants were able to help us with air. Our garden view room was clean and spacious but we could often hear the family/crying children above us often through the bathroom vent…that was a bummer. Caution: resort has cats that freely roam and while they’re super friendly, it’s odd to see them in the lobby and in the restaurant."

Windward Passage Hotel
6/10 Okay
"The location was great Information booklet in room was not availble Phone did not work so it was inconvenient"

Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas
4/10 Poor
"Hmmm, I expected a Jimmy Buffet type of lobby , was NOT ! Food was not it at all , they did drop other towels faster than I expected and the rooms had no drain issue etc so that was good ,"

Mafolie Hotel
8/10 Good
"The view is why you should stay here. The pool and bar are great, lounge chairs need repair. Convenient access to old town. The restaurant is very good but pricey, Sibs up the road is a grea local bar and restaurant. There is NO sign to tell you where to turn to get to hotel. Three stars is a good position for this hotel. Finally, I would NOT return to St. Thomas. There are a lot to see and do but driving the roads wear you out getting there. Go to St. John or St. Croix instead."

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas
8/10 Good
"I had a great stay in the villa room! The room was, big, clean and nice. Water temp and pressure was great. Wonderful views and privacy! I did not like having to pass the cat family everyday but no biggie, they were chill. All around great experience and I will be booking again!"

Bluebeard's Castle Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, and the views are amazing."

Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas
8/10 Good
"Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a microwave in the room and coffee available in the lobby. The sitting area was nice unless there was a boat nearby that gave a diesel smell. Cruise ships did not dock in front of the hotel but further down the dock, so our view was not blocked. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the sky-tram which was nice."
