"We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. Her response was immediate. Condo is a studio located with a beautiful view of the marina and st John. The pool is located a short walk from unit. "I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. "It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."
