"This was my first stay at this hotel but will not be my last. Our room was clean bed was comfortable. The bathroom appeared updated. I didnt try the breakfast so I can't speak on that. My only concern was my room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke even though whole location is no smoking in rooms. Otherwise this was a nice stay"

"There was a miscommunication regarding transportation to the airport for the first flight out of the day. There was no one to drive the hotel van before 5:00 am. We had requested the shuttle for 4:15. Dana was apologetic that there was no one to drive us. I had two Ubers cancel and my friend and I were concerned we would miss our CHO flight and our connection in ATL. Dana was able to ask her coworker (who came in to prepare breakfast) to monitor the front desk so she could drive us herself to the airport. We are so thankful Dana made a way to get us to the airport so as not to miss our flight. She problem solved and figured out a way to make it happen!"
