Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.

Property is apparently in receivership. Staff is keeping it going, but barely. Owner is nowhere to be found. If you check in after noon, nobody’s in the office.

Check in was terrible. We arrived a couple hours early. As most travelers do. We were told to leave our stuff in the lobby. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. The resort was empty. No reason why they couldn’t give us an early check. We even offered to pay. Bar service was not good. Walked around us for 15 mins before acknowledging us. Food was absolutely not worth the price tag. Frozen Ellios pizza for insane money. Wild. Cold wings. Best thing we had was the jerk chicken. Restaurant/bar had no AC. Our drinks melted before we could even drink them. No one came to change over the room. We were there for 3 days. We had to call for fresh towels. Hot tub is broken. The only good thing about this place is the 15 minute walk to Magens Bay. Side not. It’s cats palace. So if you’re allergic it’s not for you.

Let me start by saying we'd absolutely 100% stay here again. The good stuff: The view of Megan's bay was breathtaking amazing every morning. The room was nice, a bit dated, but we liked the charm of it. The Steel drum live music on Friday was so amazing and so "ISLAND!" The other music we heard on Sunday was good too. The on premise restaurant was a great option for don't have to go anywhere meals and snacks throughout. The hotplate and bigger mini-fridge allows for eat at the room. The coffee shop on premise was good but a bit $$ for even the island. The pool was a highlight. Teddy was so very nice and helpful at the desk. The absolute chill vibe. We love cats! Things to be aware of: The hotel is a cat sanctuary. We thought this was awesome. Tons of stairs to most rooms. (Shin-0 Steps-2) Things to bump it up a star: We call it "charm" others may call it dated and in need of some repairs. The upper deck hot tub would've been amazing, if it was working.

I ended up in the same room I was in for Christmas. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and shampoos. Nice big screen tv and cold fridge and freezer. The grounds are older, but well kept up. It's a struggle keeping afloat on the islands and this resort is no different. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I know they would appreciate your support! I've lived on St. John for over 30 years so I know how hard it is to turn a profit here!
Sunday nights entertainment. Probably the best guitarist on island.

When it comes to great hospitality this place stands out. Budget friendly option, where you get more than you pay for. Staff was very helpful at checkin. We arrived early so the host directed us to the resteraunt located at the hotel. We stopped in for lunch, where the service was great and the food was even better. We then took a minute to soak up the view of the Island, while taking a few pictures. By that time it was time to check-in which was fast and friendly. When we got to our room, we were blown away by the view and the spacious area. Overall, great experience, great food and even better hospitality.

Everything was nice. The room was beautiful, and the property was very well kept. Short walk to Megan's Bay Beach. The little cafe onsite was very expensive, but so was everything else in St. Thomas. Ms. Barbara was extremely nice and made sure that we were well taken care of during our stay.

I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made.

Parking was full because they had 2 kids birthday parties going on. The resort is a little tired looking it must of been beautiful back in the day. Rooms could use an extra cleaning. It met our needs for a night stay
