Stay at this property for a week and would not recommend to anybody. Day 2 my partner and I experience a bug infestation. Our whole week stay we didn’t have any tv to watch. No restaurant on the premises like they claim they have. Soda machine down. Light switch controls all the electricity tv outlets etc. No hot water. Doors coming off hinges. Was not a very pleasant stay for my partner and I.

We stayed in the King ocean-view Villa Suite ( The Hibiscus Suite)- definitely the nicest suite. Sweeping views of the Caribbean. Very private and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property in general is showing its age. Our TV remote was missing- so no TV. Coffee pot was inoperable- but coffee available in the lobby. The villas are a step above the hotel rooms. We walked to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Inconvenient for access to restaurants or grocery.

I went to this hotel because the app say it was a restaurant on the property. The front desk say the restaurant been closed for two years. You will have to across the bay to their sister restaurant and it closed early. The pool was dark at night no lighting around it. The location is good. They doing work on property. My birthday and no restaurant open after 8. Taxi are over rated anywhere you go. Charge for book bags as luggage for $3.00 only cash for all taxi $7 to $30 dollars around trip. Emerald beach resort where the restaurant and food is on St. Thomas if you come to this hotel you will be disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Beaten down hotel. Spiders in the beds. Dead cockroaches ceiling falling down. Trying to get my money back. We checked in and out within 15 minutes.

Room definitely felt neglected. The hotel was old outdated and in need of major repairs. The room was not clean, there was a dead roach in the doorway. There were spiders on the bed, hair on the tub, urine around the toilet, residue on the counter, stains on the floor, trash under the bed, the balcony door was off track extremely hard to open and would not close completely. The key cards continuously deactivated. The hotel could not change our room due to the fact it was completely booked because of flight delays. There weren’t any restaurants or amenities at the hotel. It felt like a disgusting motel. Under no circumstance would I ever stay there again.

The room was spotless. Beds very very comfortable. This was a really nice place long ago, but everything worked ok. Our room needed a replacement bathroom door. It had some damage. Plentiful of towels, pool was fine. Very very close to airport, could of walked.

Rooms very clean. Pool really nice. Still rebuilding from hurricane, but getting there and second deck was well on its way which will be a great addition to sit, sun and enjoy. Views from room balconies stunning. Please be aware at present there is no restaurant or bar, but with fridges or cool boxes supplied (very good ice machines in each area) any bought in drinks can be enjoyed extra chilled. Food kept chilled and microwaves used. But go out enjoy the island and its foods - their sister hotel is a ten minute walk round the bay as well!

My sister and I went to St. Thomas and stayed at Lindbergh hotel from February 12, 2026 to 16th of February. On first day we had cold water and after complaining to staff we were told they would have it checked out. We had just gotten if a four hour flight and had a greet and meet night so we said we'll take a shower when we got back to hotel. Upon our arrival back to our room (room-217) there was no hot water, and after long flight and meet n greet I, Diane took a cold shower.On 13th we reminded them of cold water issue and they said they were taking care of it. So we left around 1:00 p.m. and returned around 11:00 p.m. and there was no hot water still. On the morning of 13th we asked for batteries for the TV it wasn't working either and Diane asked for batteries but none was delivered that day. On 12th to 16th of February we we never had no hot water and Diane took cold shower everyday, Wanda rinse off in sink for 2 days. As for batteries for TV we found out on the eve of the 15th that the control was wrong control for tv in our room. I am asking for a refund for the only thing supplied for us was a bed. We had 1 night clerk that tried to help us on Saturday night and due to lateness of hour he said he will let manager know of our situation. We never heard anythong from any one. So after allof this I sm asking for refund.

This is an older place and it shows its age. It was clean but TV and in room sink didn't work. Refrigerator was cold! We stayed in the Gardenia Room and the view is hard to beat. The place has two pools. Larger one is near the office area. Then a small one with the same view as our room. Its hard to beat the price. Next to airport but you are facing away from it so you don't hear it. Staff was very nice. We would stay again.

This is a great place to stay to be close to the airport to save on taxi fares, as it is walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and the staff were super lovely and helpful. It has a little pool and nice views across the bay. There is no restaurant, but we did get a free muffin for breakfast. The nearest restaurant is a 15-minute walk away, at the hotel down the beach.

Room was awful. Doors did not manually lock, seedy area. Noise from watercraft. Buggy. Lower level below my top floor room was completely destroyed and in disarray. Felt very uncomfortable in the room Sleeping. Charged outrageous amount. Forced to stay due to flight cancellation. Staff was absolutely GREAT.

Thankfully there was beach, chairs, bar and restaurant at the sister hotel. Nothing here, hard to get a cab, but easy at sister hotel. For the price it was ok.
