"Booked a 5 night stay through Expedia. Plans changed, so I called the hotel a week ahead to say I’d arrive a day late. They said no problem, they’d check me in when I got there.
On arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation. After standing there silently for ten minutes, I got a room key. Once we settled in, another guest walked in, he’d been assigned the same room. A few minutes later, someone knocked asking my last name, promising we wouldn’t be disturbed again.

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked.
We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs.
The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

"If you can stay somewhere else, do! My room, while "upgraded" to a double king, was not only filthy but also smelled so weird that I had to hand-clean and spray down everything myself multiple times throughout my 10-day stay.
There was no dresser for clothing, the refrigerator/freezer was iced over completely (they replaced it), and multiple surfaces contained mold or other stains.
The staff was quite often missing wjen needed.
All in all, quite awful."
