"Very clean, excellent staff"

"While the location was convenient, our stay was disappointing overall. Our room was three flights of stairs up with no elevator assistance, which made carrying luggage difficult. The bathroom was not stocked with basic toiletries, the electricity went out during our stay, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable. The pool is more of a small dipping pool than a pool you can actually swim in, so don’t expect it to be suitable for families or exercise....

"Best experience! Clean room, comfortable bed and comforter, amazing breakfast buffet, the ocean view from the balcony, friendly staff, walking distance to a lot of restaurants... Everything was beyond our expectation. If I visit Negombo area again, this is definitely the place I would stay."

"The two bedroomed apartment was spacious and ideal for our family of four. We arrived from the airport late and had to call a number for someone to give us our keys but he was there within 5 mins. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed a morning swim before departing on our travels. Would recommend. "

"Bed arrangement ok, washroom is not good, washroom floor not clean and no carpets, floor and window are dusty, Shower cubicle is in poor condition"

"While the apartment was nice and spacious, it needs be cleaned a bit better, get rid of the mould in the shower area and clean the windows …the view over looking the water was good but it was a shame there was so much rubbish on the beach and the biggest was being woken up at 540am with church bells and church services, through the loud speakers …."
