"This is a very nice place if you decide to stay few days in Negombo. The owner is a very nice host. We arrived very late at night ( 2am) and we had no problem to check in. Very good value for the money if you need a simple convenient place to stay while in Negombo."

"Mostly good but somewhat mixed feelings on this stay. I messaged the hotel via the Expedia app/emailed with the hotel to arrange a pickup for me at the airport. No one came to pick me up and when I called the hotel they were unaware. It was upsetting considering I was a solo female traveler and it was 11:30pm. "Fantastic accommodation, nice and quiet yet only a few minutes from the town and beach. Great pool for a dip on a hot day. The staff were excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough."
