"Our bed was broken in the room and it was impossible to sleep on it. When we spoke to reception- they said they were booked out and couldn’t offer us another family room to change. One of us had to sleep with 2 kids on a sofa bed and one on a broken bed. Not a quality of sleep one would expect in such a hotel. Breakfast was nice though with a terrace with a very nice view to the city."

"Superbe hôtel moderne! La chambre était très propre, équipée avec des produits de qualité comme le mobilier, la literie, le sèche-cheveux, la tv etc... Situé dans un quartier animé et proche de la gare, l'emplacement était très pratique pour explorer les alentours en train. A 15 minutes à pied du vieux Bari. Il n'y a pas de réception, ce qui peut dérouter un peu au début mais l'hôtel communique très bien les codes d'accès et comment entrer donc c'est très apprécié. Je recommande à 100%!"

"Small room, but adequately furnished. Clean sheets, towels and quiet. The staff were very kind and helpful. Happy to store luggage if needed. Great central location. We were able to walk from train station or to the old city in less than 10 minutes. No breakfast at property as it seemed in description of services offered."

"Very close walking distance to the train station. If you have a car, good luck finding parking in this city. A parking garage will be your best option, or better yet, avoid renting a car if you’re visiting Bari. We ran out of hot water twice during our stay. Be sure to pay close attention to their messages, as they include important instructions and access codes needed to enter the property."

"I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice."

"The staff were amazing.. We ended up arriving late and we were in contact all through the day into the evening to ensure we arrived safely and were there to meet us upon our arrival. The room was clean and located right in the heart of the town. We loved our stay and would highly recommend."
