"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. "We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable...

"Lovely room cleaned every day. Staff were very helpful and breakfast varied and fresh. This hotel is well located for Lake Como, the town centre, restaurants and boats. About 10 minute walk to where it all happens. We even received a parting gift from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and if we came again we would stay here again. S. Giovanni station is a 10 minute walk with luggage!"
