"Everything OK except the crazy layout of the bed. It is tightly "boxed in" unnecessarily. Terrible design. on window side VERY narrow . On the other side no space at all, right up against a wooden structure. Your partner on this side can't get out of bed with out climbing over it. Umbelievably bad design. Whoever designed this did it on a computer, never considered reality. At the bottom of the bed there is a daft storage structure On getting out of bed a serious risk of right angke edges...

"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. We eventually gave up and ordered an Uber, and even the driver struggled to find the hotel.

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

No me gustó la habitación , no funciona el aire acondicionado, no tiene clóset, no tiene cancel en el baño (se sale el agua de la ducha); pensé que por ser Radisson sería más amable la habitación y el personal. El desayuno malo, súper saturado el restaurante y el personal no hacía nada por asignarte mesa y para limpiarte una mesa simplemente no tenían la atención , se ve que les falta el manager , cero supervisión en el restaurante al momento del desayuno. "The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands.
The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns.
We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."
