"I walked on the back green lawn area, like I like to do in the morning or evening before bed. I noticed construction debris was dumped along the property fence line. This is our earth, why not place such debris where it can be processed? I did notice some tree limbs at the back, that is okay by me, return the green waste to the land, but the construction debris dumped along the property lines is not cool.
