"upgraded to a suite beach house sandsend excellent thank you.the brasserie food we thought was overpriced for instance we had chicken kyffs compared to a meal deal from m and s at £15 for the same meal which also included veg and a sweet.the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Great hotel, nice clean room, a bit on the small side but more than adequate for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was quite nice with a decent selection of food. Staff were pleasant although I did have to ask twice for a receipt for a coffee I bought from the bar. The server inadvertently put the receipt in the till and went on to serve someone else."

"The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help. My room was a dog friendly room, at the top of the hotel. Super views. The room was everything as advertised, clean, tidy and comfortable. The heating was on, the hot water was hot, plenty of tea and coffee, huge television, and plenty of breakfast full English."

"I didn’t actually stay here I checked in and was shown to the room I went in the smell was over whelming the sheets on the bed look dirty the flooring was worn with gaps and had not been hoovered. I left as I would not stay in such a dump and booked in another hotel "
