"Our room which had a private balcony and pool was fantastic! So much so, we never used the main pool, albeit the main pool was very inviting. Breakfast was great, lots of options! Cocktails at the bar were very good. Great location too, close to some very nice beaches (just a short walk) and the 21 bus stop to get into Chania old town literally just outside. "Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels were laid out on the sink. Staff were very welcoming, helpful & , polite and made our stay even better."
