"Zero stars. Surrounding area is very sketchy. No safe parking for over sized vehicles other than their parking garage. Staff told me they don’t have stairs and only elevators so that must be a lie or fire code violation. After checking in I tried To cancel and they refused to refund me. Awful ..."
