"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"At first, I was very impressed with this hotel, but then I got to my room, and about 30 minutes later, a roach was crawling on the wall. You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel."

"I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. "Staff was helpful and friendly"

"Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort. The aesthetic, the amenities, the beach access and the pools were wonderful. The food was top tier and I was very impressed with all of the restaurants. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Staff was wonderful throughout the hotel. Big props to KITY. A pleasure to speak to and she made reservations for us on two nights. Excellent selections and probably the best chicken parm I ever had. (OMBRA). We will be back. 👍"
