"Great hotel for a great price. Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. "Parking wasnt great on 3 spaces for the property so had to park at the top of hill and carry luggage down. Staff and room was lovely, room smelt fresh and was clean we was right next to main foor but could not hear much noise. Check in/out was quick and straight forward. Would recommend hotel. "

"Good value (we only paid £50 for a double room). Good for a 1 night stay. Bathroom was nice and modern. No frills hotel for those on a budget. Bed was very firm (too firm for me). We brought our own pillows as I had read reviews before staying and knew they would only supply two pillows. I was also expecting the double bed to be against the wall and we used this to our advantage for watching tv, which was at a right-angle to the bed, by leaning against the side wall to watch it straight on....
