"When we checked in, we were given a room next to a family with several small children. The children were very loud and the parents were not trying to discipline them to quiet them down. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room away from children. The WInchester Suite, our favorite room, was available. The front desk clerk immediately changed our room to this suite. It was very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for since it rained the entire time we were there. Thanks for making this accommodation for us. We will definitely return!!!"

"I was traveling alone and needed help with my luggage. I was assisted from my car to my room with all of my luggage. All of the staff that I encountered during my 2 night/3day stay were friendly and helpful. My room and the building was all kept clean. I took advantage of the hot tub, the pool and for the first time in my life a even took advantage of the spa on the premises and had a message! It was wonderful!!! All of the meals that I had in the lounge or the restaurant for breakfast were delicious. I was very satisfied with my stay and it was well worth it especially for the price I paid. I was scheduled to stay at a different place that costs more and spent one terrible night there and got my money back and got out of there fast and found this wonderful place for less money and I am so pleased! I would come back again if I travel to VA again. Everything was so close to the Hotel, Luray Caverns, the zoo, horseback riding, Church on Sunday and even the train museum in the visitors center in town. Then went hiking on Skyline Drive. A great vacation in a few days as I traveled through the area on my 2 week vacation around the Eastern States."

"We had an amazing 2-night stay for my birthday. The cabin was clean, cozy, and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees. It was the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy nature. The self check-in process was simple, and everything was well organized. We would definitely come back!"
