"If you want to use the microwave, you have to travel down to the lobby.... and fully expect to take a shower while washing your hands in the shallow sink. Especially since the showerhead will about jet spray your skin off. The bed was comfortable (though the pillows were really lumpy). But, that's about the best I can say. Not sure I'd stay here again - there were just enough uncomfortable nuances that would cause me to book elsewhere...."

"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

"They were awesome as always. If anything they were way more awesome than usual. Diego was kind to me and gave me some snacks on the house. This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! Really made my night. Thank you. Will book again!!!"

"Pool and elevator were not working. Other than that, great place to stay."

"My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to"

"The staff was nice, and the room was clean. However, there were some issues. Most of the buttons for the TV did not work, and even the volume buttons on the TV were finicky. The power outlet in between the beds either didn't work, or the cords had to be held a specific way, because the lamp wouldn't stay powered on. I also booked this hotel due to the fact that it states it is a pet-friendly hotel. However, when I arrived I was asked by the staff to keep my pets off the bed to keep the sheets...
