"This was a poorly advertised extended stay facility. Nowhere was this clear in the listing or booking. Clearly the room was smoked in despite being labels non smoking. The outlets did not work to charge phones and we decided to find a different accommodation without spending a night here"

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"Clean room, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, no noise from other guests or from outside. The hotel building is right next to a walking pathway with trees, shade, picnic tables, grass and trees. The other side of the hotel building is next to an outdoor basketball court. Well worth the money, I would stay here again. Disliked paying for parking."

"My husband and I stayed here for a night and we’re definitely coming back. Room was neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. I did not have very high expectations of their breakfast, but it was actually pretty decent. I mean as far as hotel breakfast go, right? But everything was great! This will be our go to place from now on."

"The staff were so nice and helpful. My kids loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. I enjoyed the gym as it had a variety of equipment. Literally the only thing that would have made it better was free breakfast."

"The pool is freezing. There was clearly a leak in the ceiling that had left a huge bubbled area over the middle of the pool and several other bubbled spots. The women’s sauna did not work. Parking is not free even though the lot is huge and there are several other hotels in the area that have free parking and lastly the internet is also not free. Who charges for internet in 2026?!? If you need to stay in the area go across the street to the Drury Hotel or choose any other hotel. Very...

"We found no negatives. From the comfortable beds to the room layout to the fabulous breakfast…perfect stay! Nice sized fridge and microwave in the room were much appreciated. Pretty park across the way including a dog park and playground for younger kids. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Special shoutout to the check in staff and breakfast cook!"
