"Due to a delayed flight, didn't arrive at the property until nearly 3 AM, but agent was still available to check me in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and had a hot shower, which was all I needed at that late hour. Breakfast was fine, usual hotel fare, including waffle maker (could use more than one), yogurt, frittata-ish eggs, and potato cakes. Would stay here again."

"2 things of concern. During my 4 night stay my plan was to relax and watch the NHL and NBA finals on TV. Somehow these network channels were not available either in my room or in the bar downstairs. The other concern was when I checked in I was told there would be coffee available 24/7 as my departure was very early in the AM. Maybe I should have asked if HOT coffee was available because when I departed, the available coffee was cold."

"Awful front desk customer service, bathtub was dirty had filth in it, missing soaps, missing shower gel, tiles falling off in bathroom, grease and dirt on bed sheets, office chair was filthy dirty, grim, nasty stains on it. Hilton honors members, they don’t care about you or your member benefits at all. Not impressed, I travel to Denver several times a year. Will stay anywhere else. This Hampton was so disappointing, embarrassing for the Hilton brand."
