"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

"The property should designate a parking area for their hotel guests instead of selling to people who came to watch the fireworks. I was out for dinner and came back with no parking space. Because I came from out of state and not familiar with the area, I was driving around for 1 1/2 hours until the fireworks was done. The staff failed to inform me of the parking space situation for an event like this."

"They were awesome as always. If anything they were way more awesome than usual. Diego was kind to me and gave me some snacks on the house. This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! Really made my night. Thank you. Will book again!!!"

"My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to"

"everything is ok, except there was no hair dryer on the room. no one work in the front desk after 10 pm. when i took a shower and found that there was no hair dryer on the room and i had to keep the wet hair to sleep"

"Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."

"The room had a larger than expected refrigerator and it was nice to have a pool. However, the hallways were always really smoky smelling."
